Heat Treatment Plant

We offer a wide variety of heat treatments, different materials, components and dimensions. Nine stationary heat treatment furnaces are fired by gas burners and controlled electronically. We specialize in Heat Exchangers and Large Vessels and Machinery.

Processes & Materials

Heat treatment services are available for ferrous and non-ferrous metals such as general structural, tempered and case-hardened steel, corrosion- and acid-resistant stainless steel, special high-alloy materials, non-ferrous metals, light metals and casting materials, e.g. spheroidal graphite iron.

Capabilities

Heat treatment temperatures are controlled and monitored up to 1250°C. The maximum dimensions of the furnaces are 19m long, 6, wide, 5m high with maximum loading capacity of 300 metric tons. The water quenching basin is 8,000 x 3,000 x 3,600 with immersion capacity of up to 12 metric tons and includes an integrated circulating system that records water temperature.
